Here are the plans currently offered by Hexfit. The Coaching plans (Starter, Solo, Growth and Studio) suit the vast majority of fitness professionals. The Therapist, Dietitian and Clubs subscriptions meet more specific needs and are presented further down.
All prices are monthly.
The currency is based on the country that issued your card (CAD, USD, EUR or CHF) and the amount is the same in every currency: a plan at 19 costs $19 or €19.

Adding professionals
The price does not depend on the profile given to each professional, but on the number of professional accesses.
Starter and Solo: 1 professional. You cannot add others or create read-only accesses.
Growth: 1 professional access included. You can add professionals.
Studio: 3 professional accesses included.
Additional professional access: +40 per month for Coaching plans.
Read-only (collaborator) accesses are free and unlimited from the Growth plan.

What is an active client?
An active client is a file in which at least one action was taken in the last 3 months. Inactive files do not count toward your plan limit.

Hexfit AI credits
1 credit is worth 0.01.
Automations: 9 credits per run, up to 500 runs per month.
Hexfit Lab: basic tests are free, each AI test uses 500 credits.
Fred, the AI messaging assistant (beta): about 3.5 credits per exchange and 15 to 20 credits to generate a full program.
Connecting to ChatGPT or Claude never uses credits.
Included credits renew every month and do not roll over.
Extra packs valid for 12 months: 1,000 credits (10), 5,000 credits (50) or 20,000 credits (200).
Other subscriptions
These subscriptions meet more specific needs. Their plans are separate from the Coaching plans, even when they have a similar name (for example, Therapist Solo and Coaching Solo are not the same plan).

Clinic: everything in Solo, plus 3 professional accesses included (+20 per month per additional access), unlimited free read-only (collaborator) access, custom debrief, access rights and permissions for colleagues, colleague statistics, app customization, partner connections (Xplor, Zapier, etc.).
Options: Engagement (announcements, groups, open-access programs) +40 per month on Clinic. Remote therapeutic monitoring (coming soon) +6 per active patient per month.
Dietitian
Basic: nutrition plan, food journal, goals and notes, data and charts, mobile app, appointments, custom documents and data, billing, PDF.
Enterprise: everything in Basic, plus 3 professional accesses included (+40 per month per additional access), unlimited collaborator access, app customization, roles and permissions, statistics per colleague, custom attributes.
Clubs
Team: for sports teams (athlete management, smartwatches, sending workouts to Garmin, planning). 100% custom app on the app stores option: +99 per month.
Institutional: for institutions (SSO, unlimited branches, custom access rights, dedicated server). Additional fees may apply.

Your plan or its price does not match this article?
If your account shows a plan that is not listed here, or a different price for a plan with the same name (for example a Starter plan billed 29), you subscribed to a formula that is no longer offered. It stays active under the same conditions for as long as you keep it.
If you change plans, you will choose one of the plans listed in this article, and you will not be able to go back to your previous formula afterwards. Compare features carefully before changing: a feature included in your current formula (for example billing, appointments or printing programs) is not necessarily included in the plan you choose.
